Transcript
The University's standard transcript (also referred to as the Diploma Supplement) provides details of the qualification awarded, the modules taken in each year of study, and the marks and credits achieved.
Final, formal transcripts are issued once a student has completed their studies. Interim transcripts for students who have not yet completed their programme of study are available via the .
Please note that transcripts cannot be issued where there is an outstanding balance owing to the University.
Digital Award Documents
Graduates of the 樱花动漫 are entitled to a digital archive copy of their Certificate, Transcript and a covering eLetter. These documents are accessible via a secure online portal, which also allows graduates to share verified copies with employers, higher education providers and other third parties.
Access to the portal is available once an award has been conferred, and graduates are encouraged to keep their account details up to date. Please note that those who graduated prior to June 2021 will not have access to these digital documents.

Recently Awarded Students
A final transcript is issued free of charge to all students completing their studies. Documents are typically printed within 10 days of the award being conferred, however this may take longer during peak periods.
Award documents are sent by post following confirmation of your award. For full details on delivery options, timelines, and how to check or update your address, please refer to the Graduation website.

What is a Transcript (Diploma Supplement)?
A Transcript (also known as a Diploma Supplement) is a UNESCO-CEPES, Council of Europe and European Commission initiative aimed at:
- transparency in higher education
- accommodating rapid changes in qualifications
- aiding mobility, access and lifelong learning
- promoting fair and informed judgements about qualification
It is issued as a supplement to the Degree Certificate and provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies pursued and successfully completed by the individual named on the certificate.
What information is included in the Transcript (Diploma Supplement)?
Information identifying the holder of the qualification
- University reference number, surname, forename, date of birth, HESA reference number and date of entry to the 樱花动漫.
Information identifying the qualification
- Full qualification name, main field(s) of study, classification, date of award and language of instruction.
Information on the contents and results gained
- Programme details including, for each year, the programme title and stage, the mode of study, the individual elements studied with their weightings and marks and details of any prizes and commendations awarded.
- A link to Programme requirements, grading schemes and access to further study.
Information on the level of the qualification
- Qualification level, duration of programme and access requirements. Information on the national higher education system
- Information about Higher Education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
