Meet our International Student Community and Support teams
The International Community and Support team provide specialist advice and support services to the university’s applicants and students. Through provision of advice on immigration, practical support on living in the UK and orientation and cultural events we aim to ensure that our international students have the support and information they need to make the most of their time at Exeter.
We are also responsible for ensuring the university maintains compliance with Home Office requirements for Student Sponsor License holders and issuing CAS to applicants which they need in order to get their Student Visa. Our service also includes the Community Engagement team, who work with both home and UK students.
International Student Advice
Provide advice to students before, during and after their studies. Authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), they are responsible for delivering comprehensive immigration and visa advice to students, alongside advice on life in the UK. They work closely with other services and academic departments to deliver joined-up support.
