As Training Manager and Research Inclusion Lead for the BRC, Lucy is responsible for delivering research training and a portfolio of training events across the NIHR Exeter BRC partnerships, as well as supporting other NIHR Exeter infrastructures. She also co-chairs the EDI Working Group for the NIHR Exeter BRC in collaboration with the CRF and works with the PPIE team to develop robust inclusive research practices.
