Faculty Executive Board

The role of the Faculty Executive Board (FEB) is to be accountable for the creation, review and implementation of the Faculty’s strategies and associated business plans within a common framework set by the University Executive Board, in response to university strategies. It provides frameworks for decision making within its departments and supports the Department Leadership Teams with department strategies and planning.

The FEB is responsible for Faculty and Department performance, creating a positive, inclusive culture for its staff and students and for the delivery of the 樱花动漫’s 2030 Strategy.
