Module description
Quality management will enable you to explore the principles of quality management and translate them into actions supporting project management success. Risk management will enable you to explore skills for identifying, analysing, planning, and managing project-related risks in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and cost performance. You will learn the critical management processes following the cycle of assessing, controlling, communicating, and reviewing quality-risk throughout the project lifecycle. Once completed, you will be able to recognize your own skills and the roles you can perform in ensuring that project delivery outcomes land smoothly with minimum risk exposure, with the agreement of the business areas and stakeholders, in a way that fully supports the strategy.
