Accessibility statement for MyExeter 

This accessibility statement applies to the?MyExeter web application?- accessed using a browser - and the mobile application - downloadable from the App and Play Stores. 

MyExeter is run by the 樱花动漫. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this application. For example, that means you should be able to: 

  • View using accessible?colours, contrast?levels?and fonts? 
  • Zoom?levels up?to 400% without?loss of content or horizontal scrolling? 
  • Navigate?using just a keyboard? 
  • Navigate?using?text to?speech software? 
  • Listen?to most of the website?content?using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and?VoiceOver)? 

?has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability. 

How accessible is MyExeter? 

We know some parts of MyExeter are not fully accessible: 

  • The mobile application’s content is locked to a portrait orientation 
  • Some interactable elements do not provide an accessible name 

Compliance status 

MyExeter is partially compliant with the??standard. The non-compliances are listed below. 

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations 

  • Some buttons and elements may not have an accessible name or description that is announced by the screen reader when focused. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-Text Content). 
  • Some decorative images may contain inappropriate alternative text that may be announced by screen readers when focused. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-Text Content). 
  • Not all elements of the application can be interacted with using a keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.1.1?(Keyboard). 

We plan to resolve the non-compliant features by:?01 February 2026
