Course overview: This workshop is designed specifically for those who are required to carry out Due Diligence checks on 3rd parties with which there is an interest in creating a partnership with.
Learning outcomes: By the end of the session delegates will have covered:. - Why Due Diligence and partnership principles matter. - Practical risk identification and management. - How decisions are made, including escalation. - Record keeping. - Monitoring and updating.
Audience: All persons required to complete (in full or in part) the due diligence assessments for potential partnerships (Professional Services and Academic staff).
