Course Description:

These online Microsoft Teams demonstrations provide an introduction to the new recruitment system, the Recruitment Hub.

We are delivering four tailored sessions designed for different audiences.

Each demonstration will include an overview of the system and a familiarisation session, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

Please book onto a suitable date below.

Ensure you select the demonstration most relevant to your role.

This demonstration is for the Academic (E&S, E&R and Research) and Technical Strategy and Operations (TSO) Recruitment Process.

You will receive a Teams calendar invite shortly after booking onto your chosen date.

Learning outcomes:

By attending this demonstration, you will be able to:.

- Understand the purpose of the Recruitment Hub.

- Understand the key benefits of the new system.

- Access and navigate the system.

- Identify what remains the same and what is changing.

- Understand the vacancy journey within the Recruitment Hub, (not covered in the approver demonstration).

- Understand how to approve in the Recruitment Hub, (Approver demonstration only).

- Locate help and guidance resources when needed.

Who should attend this course:

These sessions are most suitable for individuals who are regularly involved in recruitment or anticipate upcoming involvement.

We are offering four tailored sessions for individuals involved in:.

- Recruiting to Academic (E&S, E&R and Research) and Technical Strategy and Operational (TSO) roles, (as Chair, panel member or providing administrative support).

- Recruiting to roles in Professional Services, (excluding TSO), (as Chair, panel member or providing administrative support).

- Appointing Named Researchers.

- Approving recruitment requests, (excluding Finance and Research Finance).
