Additive manufacturing: Crystallisation kinetics of polymers, blends and composites
CALM conducts research to understand the crystallisation kinetics of polymers, blends and composite and the relationship between these materials and the manufacturing process. This includes research to understand the rate of crystallisation, morphology of crystals within a structure as a function of manufacturing parameters and process conditions. These factors are critical in order to obtained structures with optimum mechanical performance.
