Undergraduate entry requirements for students from Nigeria
If you have already completed your A levels or the International Baccalaureate Diploma, you will be eligible for direct entry if you meet your chosen programme's entry requirements.
If you hold the West African Senior School Certificate (WASSC), the NECO Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or another senior school certificate, you will normally be expected to take a foundation programme, such as one of our at Exeter’s Streatham Campus, to be eligible for entry onto one of our undergraduate courses.

Automatic £10,000 scholarships for international students from Nigeria enrolling on an eligible Postgraduate Taught (Masters) programme.

These scholarships help make sure talented aspiring students from this Nigeria can pursue their chosen Masters degree and take their place in our thriving university community. Here, students will develop their academic skills for the future and contribute to a diverse student experience.
Available awards:
- September 2026 entry: £10,000
- January 2027 entry: £10,000
Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF)
The PTDF 2026 Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme provides outstanding Nigerian students with the opportunity to study overseas within designated fields at specially selected institutions, of which 樱花动漫 is proud to be a partner. The purpose is to provide Nigerian students with the intellectual foundation and skill set that will enable them to participate actively in Nigeria’s energy sector at the conclusion of their studies. The sponsorship duration is twelve months for a Masters programme. There are no awards for undergraduate studies under the scheme. The award includes flight tickets, health insurance, tuition fees and allowances for living expenses. For more information see
