Funding call for interdisciplinary projects

Who should attend?

Researchers with an interest in developing interdisciplinary projects at the interface between quantitative disciplines and biology, bio-medicine or clinical research are invited to discuss their ideas for short projects to start in April 2018. 

Our centres will provide time from a Research Fellow or Secondee for 6 months, and up to £10k to cover consumables.

What is the event about?

At this event attendees will be able to:

  • Receive an overview of the format and structure of the seed corn projects
  • Understand the purpose of the incubator event
  • Meet with relevant Fellows and members to discuss ideas for their projects
  • Receive advice on submitting applications ready for the submission date of 15 January 2018
  • Hear about how we support secondment positions using this seed corn process
