Abstract
This study aims to develop and evaluate a Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (LICBT) intervention for generalised and unspecified anxiety disorders among Saudi university students, focusing on a comparative study between Hail University in Saudi Arabia and Exeter University in England. Through a systematic review, quantitative Study, and qualitative interviews, Intervention devlompent and Intervention evalution.The findings of the first study fiindicate a high prevalence of anxiety disorders and significant personal, cultural, and socioeconomic barriers to treatment, underscoring the need for tailored mental health interventions in university settings.
