The?€?School?€?of?€?Education?€?is pleased to invite you to contribute to the Annual SOE student-staff Research?€?Conference, which will be held on Friday, ?€?June 14^th, 2024,?€?on St Luke’s campus.

The theme?€?of?€?the?€?conference?€?is “Why Does?€?Educational Research Matter?” 

We invite you to contribute to the?€?conference?€?in a number?€?of?€?possible ways; contributions can be related to any aspect?€?of?€?research in?€?education?€?and there are opportunities for: 

• Oral presentations – as ‘Short Talks’ for 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A) 
• Poster presentations – in addition to the posters being displayed during the day, opportunities for presenters to discuss their work with interested participants will be provided during the lunch break.
• ‘Lightning Talks’– a TED talk style presentation lasting no more than 5 minutes 
• Workshop - lasting 25 minutes 

To propose a contribution to the?€?conference, please complete our Proposal/Abstract Submission form.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 1st of May 2024 by 23:59pm

All potential contributors will be notified?€?of?€?decisions by 10th of May 2024
