Jess is a PhD researcher at the Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ?€?s Centre for Rural Policy Research. She is also a member of SOAS Food Studies Centre and the Graduate Association of Food Studies. Jess co-edits the Graduate Journal of Food Studies.
